Terms and Conditions – Valkyrie Pharma

  2. By placing an order, the purchaser agrees to the following declarations:

Product Delivery

  1. Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
  2. We aim to ship and deliver orders within 7–8 business days. However, shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Delivery dates provided are estimates only.
  3. Valkyrie Pharma is not responsible for any loss, damage, or expense caused by shipping delays unless proven to be the result of our negligence.
  4. Ownership of the goods passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the provided shipping address. We are not liable for any loss or damage occurring after delivery. All sales are final and non-returnable.

Liability

  1. Valkyrie Pharma is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the purchaser.
  2. If you have not received your order within 20 days of placing it, you must notify us in writing within 40 days from the order date to be eligible for any form of resolution.
  3. In the event a product is out of stock at one of our fulfillment centers, we reserve the right to:
  • Substitute the item with an equivalent product from another brand, or
  • Ship the item from an alternate location without prior notice.
  1. If your order is incorrect or incomplete upon delivery, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. If we confirm that the issue was due to our error, we will either:
