Shipping Information
We ship orders to domestic and international locations where permitted by law. Processing time is typically 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier.
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Customs and Import Laws
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that products ordered are legal in their country or region. We are not liable for any issues resulting from customs seizures, import restrictions, or regulatory actions.
Tracking
Tracking numbers are provided for most orders. Some regions may have limited or no tracking available.
Refunds and Reshipments
All sales are final. We do not accept returns due to the nature of our products.
Refunds or reshipments may be considered in the following cases:
- The package is not delivered due to our error
- The product arrives damaged or unusable
To request a refund or reshipment, contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery. Include your order number and a clear description of the issue. We may require photo evidence or tracking confirmation.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Packages lost due to incorrect address
- Delays caused by customs or international transit
- Change of mind after shipment
